My kitchen sink became loose due to the silicone sealant detaching. Joseph was very helpful and friendly; he fixed it promptly. Now we just need to wait 24 hours for the new silicone sealant to dry.

I called Gas Weiss to fix my boiler and they sent a lovely young man named Gadi along. I was told I needed a new boiler. Gadi did the new installation and I must say I am so happy with the work that he did. He was AMAZING and very knowledgeable about his craft, very neat and tidy, likable, and I would give him 100 out of 100. If you're looking for the best person for a job you need doing call Gadi at Gas Weiss n. I promise you'll be more than happy with the service.

Honestly could not fault them! Gadi and Joseph were fantastic and genuinely lovely people. Initally Gadi came round to fix our hot water, and they have now both overhalled our heating system, making plenty of repairs as they went. Would recommend them to anyone - technically brillant, quick, efficient and helpful!

I had an issue with hot water provision through my house. The team at Weiss was very helpful since the initial call and managed to get an appointment scheduled on the same day. Gadi was incredibly kind and helpful, and not only identified and repaired the issue promptly, but also took time to explain me the system and provide some very sensible recommendations. 5 stars service from a very happy customer.

My central heating stopped working. Gadi from Gas Weiss came and identified the problem, the pump for the system had failed. He went and got a new one, installed it and made sure everything was working. He did an excellent job.

We use Gas Weiss for the underfloor heating, boiler and plumbing. By London standards the pricing is very good. They have different specialists for different jobs who know what they're doing, turn up when they say they're coming, they're polite... frankly nothing to criticise

This came after a technician from another company had visited but unfortunately left us with no resolution. GasWeiss truly saved the day! I engaged the services to fix an old-style toilet flush (one of those with a handle and siphon). I explained the problem clearly over the phone and they sent engineer out same day and obviously charged their call out rate in advance (£114). The plumber spent literally 5mins looking at the flush and announced it can't be fixed and will need spare parts, for which they will send me new quote for parts and charge again for labour/effort. Given the urgency, I felt they could have done a better job of bringing the part and solving the problem in one go or not intended to charge me again for labour/effort on 2nd visit given the first visit was so short. I completely understand the point of call-out charge, but this is the whole idea of providing good customer service. I never heard back from Gas Weiss, went elsewhere and got it fixed for a reasonable price.They have now lost me as a future customer. Hope Gas Weiss can understand that they will make a lot more money from repeat and loyal customers, who must be won with great customer service.

Bad attitude and customer service.First engineer that visited was very helpful. He was polite and in uniform. The second however was just plain rude. Came in casual clothes holding a broken bucket. No introduction, nothing. Have to be careful who you let into your house. I asked to see some ID and he got all stroppy. His van was parked a way down the road so I didn't see it. When I saw the van, I said that's proof enough for me. But already in a bad mood, he now couldn't find any ID and shouted at me that since he can't find it he's leaving. And he drove off.The company didn't follow up. Didn't hear a thing from them. Needless to say, I went elsewhere

I was so impressed with this company!! They came the same day I called....and Matt and Teddy were amazing!! They not only fixed my boiler but took the time to educate me on how to do the little things to keep it going! I am not going to have them do the annual service for me.

Very Happy we had a problem with the control of our central heating. The heating engineer quickly identified the problem was with the programable controller. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and checked the rest of the system. He explained how to use the new controller and advised us on how to run our system better. He was charming and easy to talk to. We will use this company whenever we have a fault with the heating.

After a challenging couple of days with a blocked kitchen sink and a grumbling boiler (so no hot water or central heating), I finally called Gas Weiss. Within ten minutes, (not the two hours guaranteed by the office), two highly competent plumbers arrived and sorted both problems out, which turned out to be inter-related . They were clean, tidy, reassuring and knowledgeable. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Great service. Matt the engineer came quickly and helped diagnose a complex wiring problem for my central heating system. You can see from the attached photo how many wires needed to be looked at. An hour later I have hot water, underfloor heating and central heating. I found Matt to be knowledgable and very capable. Thanks so much guys. Really appreciate the work. Highly recomended.

The company was recommended by the boiler manufacturer. I compared their price and it was with not a lot, but still better than the other companies. The guys were friendly and professional. The installation of the new boiler went smooth and I am very happy with the 10 years warranty period.

The service itself was great, but unblocking a sink for £102 is beyond rediculous. As that is just the call out fee, it's lucky no extra work was needed for such a price during hard times. The boy that came however was very covid conscious, polite and did a wonderful job.

Fantastic. Could not recommend enough. Received a confirmation of the e booking right away. Was also notified when the engineer was on his way. The ye engineer, Cliff, was very professional and friendly and sorted the problem out in under an hour. Got the invoice right away and paid online. Fastest call to fix I've ever experienced, will definitely be going back for all future plumbing and heating needs.

I didn’t use this company for their plumbing skills but thought I should give them a review anyway. A member of their staff (Matt) was very helpful to me when he saw with a flat tyre while he was out on a job. I was stuck and couldn’t get to work so he asked if I was ok and changed my tyre over for me. I think This says a lot about the type of people who work for this company and would recommend them highly.
