Bad attitude and customer service.First engineer that visited was very helpful. He was polite and in uniform. The... second however was just plain rude. Came in casual clothes holding a broken bucket. No introduction, nothing. Have to be careful who you let into your house. I asked to see some ID and he got all stroppy. His van was parked a way down the road so I didn't see it. When I saw the van, I said that's proof enough for me. But already in a bad mood, he now couldn't find any ID and shouted at me that since he can't find it he's leaving. And he drove off.The company didn't follow up. Didn't hear a thing from them. Very Happy we had a problem with the control of our central heating. The heating engineer quickly identified the... problem was with the programable controller. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and checked the rest of the system. He explained how to use the new controller and advised us on how to run our system better. He was charming and easy to talk to. We will use this company whenever we have a fault with the heating.read more

After a challenging couple of days with a blocked kitchen sink and a grumbling boiler (so no hot water or central... heating), I finally called Gas Weiss. Within ten minutes, (not the two hours guaranteed by the office), two highly competent plumbers arrived and sorted both problems out, which turned out to be inter-related . Great service. Matt the engineer came quickly and helped diagnose a complex wiring problem for my central heating... system. You can see from the attached photo how many wires needed to be looked at. An hour later I have hot water, underfloor heating and central heating. I found Matt to be knowledgable and very capable. Thanks so much guys. Really appreciate the work. Highly recomended.read more

The company was recommended by the boiler manufacturer. I compared their price and it was with not a lot, but still... better than the other companies. The guys were friendly and professional. The installation of the new boiler went smooth and I am very happy with the 10 years warranty period.read more

The service itself was great, but unblocking a sink for £102 is beyond rediculous. As that is just the call out fee,... it's lucky no extra work was needed for such a price during hard times. The boy that came however was very covid conscious, polite and did a wonderful job.read more

Fantastic. Could not recommend enough. Received a confirmation of the e booking right away. Was also notified when the... engineer was on his way. The ye engineer, Cliff, was very professional and friendly and sorted the problem out in under an hour. Got the invoice right away and paid online. Fastest call to fix I've ever experienced, will definitely be going back for all future plumbing and heating needs.read more

A member of their... staff (Matt) was very helpful to me when he saw with a flat tyre while he was out on a job. I was stuck and couldn’t get to work so he asked if I was ok and changed my tyre over for me.
